After Update, Web Control Says Anti Theft Isn't Installed

I updated Anti Theft today, installed rooted. I’ve reset the device, uninstalled, re-installed various times, saw my cutom app name in the app tray, which disappeared upon enabling anti-theft due to stealth mode. But when I log into my acount on the avast site, it states that anti-theft is not installed and I cannot remotely control / access my phone.

The notifications tab on the site shows that I’ve repeatedly enabled / disabled anti theft, so the site is aware of the program on my phone, but for some reason I cannot use the controls, even though the last notification shows that anti theft was enabled.

Figured it out - had to disconnect from my avast account on my phone and reconnect.

Same problem for me

can you please more detailed describe your problem and what you exactly did?

why did you do that after updating?

I have the same the Problem after updating, but
commands via SMS messages are implemented properly

hm did you before or after the upgrade disconnect your device from account? Is your phone rooted too?

After two disconnection works

Now is good

My cell is LG P500 rooted

I had the same problem after latest upgrade, I had to reinstall Anti-theft few times and activate Anti-theft from web not from phone.
Strange…

The problem appeared after the upgrade. Phone rooted. Huawei Honor 8860

I think your issues can be related to a bug present in previous AMS/AT version where at some points in time the package settings of AMS and AT possibly got out of sync. You can solve your problems simply by upgrading AMS and AT (both of them!) and unpairing and repairing your device.
