After updating Avast tells me it needs to restart all the time

I cannot deinstall, because it tells me that the Restart after the installation needs to be done.
When I restart it is the same.

I wanted to reinstall, because i cannot Sign In.
All the time I get “Your account has been disconneted from your Avast Account, please sign in again”

No need to reinstall, it was a server bug which has been fixed.
