After using the avast uninstall tool - still cant open needed websites.

I really need to be able to open websites and too many false positives are blocked.
i can’t even open my pvn site to get my private network app.
this pc had the avast business but the IT company left… after the uninstall I still cannot open many needed websites.

I’ve tried removing the firewall code left. I’ve tried whitelisting sites in my new virus protection. looked with chrome to see why & blocked site settings the option is whited out as “Blocked” so I cannot change it.

thank you for your response but I already did this. it’s kinda why I’m a bit freaked out that I still get the avast blocking sites. I can’t even find any trace of the program files left in my programs folder but somehow it is still blocking me.
