After your latest update my bluetooth mouse will not work ,it will not even connect running windows 10.

Is your Avast Firewall set as a Trusted Home network, otherwise it may be blocking an external connection to your network. Check the Network Inspector and see if the bluetooth mouse isn’t trusted.
