Again a false positive - urgent

Hello,

We are writing in order to adress the folloiwng issue - false positive detection of Avast on the specific page https://www.ilovepdf.com/es/unir_pdf. To the best of our knowledge, this is at least the second time something similar is happening and it is currently affecting thousands of our users per day as well as our brand.

Our domain in more than 10 years old, we are a member of the PDF Association, and we are one of the top 150 most visited websites and one of the most used PDF software.

Having said that, we need to urgently fix the current situation, and we have followed the regular contact points pointed on your web.

However, we would appreciate if there is someone who we could speak directly based on the severity of the case, we need to make sure this is not going to happen again.

We understand you can’t do much but we suppose you have direct contact with Avast company.

  • We insist, this is affecting thousands of users and our brand, and we need to address it asap today.
  • How we prevent this issues in the future? Can you point us to the right person to speak about it, or a more direct contact method?
