pls help me the system is too slow :-[ 
Is it still slow when opening chrome or is it when opening any programme
at times it is hanging up when using chrome and if i open a programme it takes some time to start and it too hangs up . The cursor shows dumble sign and stops so i restart the computer because it is frustrating when it does like that for 1-2mins or so.
Do you experience the same problem with IE
yes i do on ie also. when i switch on my computer almost 50% of times it is getting hanged up nowadays.
How I=old is the computer, and when was the last refresh format done
You might consider also looking at something new, or getting a new OS. Your OS is extremely vunerable.
