Agnt OFF: Problem ?

Hi to all,

On my Windows computer running win 10 64 bits, I’ve seen that one of the agents, managed by Avast IS, cannot stayed on. An Exclamation mark is seen, in yellow, in the AIS icon located near the Windows clock.

Each time I put it on, a few seconds later, it switches off, and so on.

A reparation action of AIS hasn’t solved the issue. On another part, the computer cannot go on Internet, even the update of virus signatures and Windows is not able to update itself.

Is this computer attacked by a virus/trojan action?

What can I do to get a solved situation?

Perform a clean installation using the off-line installer for the latest avast version.

Between my post moment and the read of your reply, I’ve got the idea to download, with a correct PC, the offline installer.

I will use on the sick computer and I’ll back to you, with the result.
