I have tried all the things I know of to remove this worm from my pc. Housecall tells me to end the processes containing the infected files, but I don’t know which. They don’t seem to appear in my task manager.

What to do?

And another thing. I accidentally deleted this file that was infected:
c:\windows\system32\audiocntl.exe

Anyway I can get it back or does it even matter. Don’t know what it does.

Please make replies easy understandable…still learning :slight_smile:

Just delete the file in windows safe mode, or use MSCONFIG to disable the Start of the file, make a restart and delete the file than.
