have you tried avast repair and reboot?
For a repair of avast. Windows, Add Remove programs, select ‘avast! Anti-Virus,’ click the Change/Remove button from the pop-up window, scroll down to Repair, click next and follow.

I did a repair and rebooted computer. The problem is not solved. It is something wrong with new beta.

How did you install this update, from the avastUI or a download of the 6.0.1354 build and clean install or install over 6.0.1352 ?
IF you had firefox 8.0 then a clean install or possibly install over the previous avast version, may result in firefox 8/0 blocking the webrep as a 3rd party add-on. This was seen in the earlier beta I believe as when you update to FF 8.0 you only got/get one shot at allowing 3rd party add-ons.
Well, my FF is 8.0. avast 6.0.1354 updated over the old beta (6.0.1352, this installed from scratch).
A sig would be nice.

I did an install from the scratch;FF is 8.0.1. I can’t open real-time shields,no web rep in gui and problem with internet connection. Avast team you have to do a fix.
