AIS 7.0.1474 Trace Route doesn't work

As already in the german subforum posted (http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=109278.0) Trace Route and IP Adress Details doesn’t work in AIS 7.0.1474. See Attachement.
And by the way, the error message should be in english only.
