We can run avast firewall side by side with Windows Firewall without conflicts. This is true.
I’ve read on forums that you should run Windows Firewall side by side with avast one. Why?
Is it because avast firewall does not protect IPv6 connections?
They didn’t say you should run them together, they meant that there’s no conflicts, so why disable it? And one of the forum users here, (randunyogo I believe) emailed vlk and he said that there are no advantages to their knowledge of leaving them both on.
