I am an older user and have NO technical know-how. I have been able to determine that one of the BSOD I had lately came from AIS (info pasted below from BlueScreenView utility). I was advised to uninstall and get another av. With the issues from last weekend where AIS saw my printer .exe file as a high threat trojan, WebRep not working again for the last week, and WebRep not recognizing that I had Internet Explorer installed as a browser, I’m beginning to wonder if all that money was worth it.
Please advise if uninstalling and reinstalling AIS using the key will be OK? Is there anything else to take into account? Is there an uninstall link for AIS?
