Hello and I am sorry to start new topic, but as I can see this is the only way to ask question.
Have upgraded to Avast internet security. I have installed it my main lap top, and other 2 net books. On both netbooks, it says it is not registered even tho I have logged in with same account name. Authorization code done successfully on all 3 devices. Can you tell me what can be the problem.

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

Thank you for the response. But this didn’t solve the problem.

  1. Download Avast Internet Security: http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_internet_security_setup.exe
  2. Follow instructions: http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.

Silly question, have you inserted the licence file that you were e-mailed ?
