salve a tutti…vorrei sapere perchè quando faccio la scansione completa con avast! mi viene scritto che alcuni file non possono essere scansionati.
ho ccleaner e ho provato a cancellare la cache, ma non è cambiato nulla. inoltre i file non riesco a trovarli sul pc…
nella scansione di oggi i file che non riusciva a scansionare erano tutti uguali, vi scrivo come venivano descritti:
C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\defs\13040501_steam\pkg130405010000001d.bin erano 7 e variavano solo le ultime cifre…
Some files are password protected and cannot be scanned.That is normal.
If you have some Adobe installers in Downloads folder delete them
and see if that helps.
I don’t understand second part of your post.That is folder with
Streaming Updates and there is nothing wrong with those .bin files.
ok, i’ve understood! but can you tell me why when I scan the pc this kind of .bin files could not be scanned? is that a problem? thank you for your help 
I don’t know why you cannot scan .bin files.I just tried to scan one
of them and there is no problem.Maybe .bin files are excluded
from scanning or maybe there is conflict with other security software.

The reason given the information in your first post is that these are old streaming update files. These are removed after the next regular virus definitions update.
My guess is that the remainder of the information, reason why it can’t be scanned (translated) ‘I can not find the file on your PC’ is because the avast housekeeping has removed these old streaming updates. This streaming update folder 13040501_steam is from yesterday, so when you received the next regular virus definitions update, they are removed.
