Every time I turn on my laptop and runing Chrome, Im receiving this kind of alert from avast (or other simmilars with a different URL)
Does anybody know what it means? It seems Avast is blocking something but I dont know what is it.

Are you actually trying to connect to this site ?
Possibly a pinned tab, being refreshed, etc.
Have you added or updated any chrome add-ons recently ?
Try clearing the browser cache and restarting Chrome with add-ons disabled and see if it still happens.
Done and it seems to be fixed!
Got a bit scared, Im not such an expert haha!
