no offense to anyone that replied so far, but no one really answered my original question. does the picture i posted mean my computer is infected or was the virus blocked. Im not asking to check the website from which it was blocked. Im only asking the meaning behind the exact phrasing of the pop up i received and thats all. so does it mean blocked or infected?

Well, if WebShield did block it, you’re safe. 
im guessing that if it didnt block it, avast would have said something else more threatening
