all antiviruses turned off? error on reboot

Hi, been having trouble off and on for a couple weeks. 1st computer is incredibly slow, get pop ups out of no where. Now Avast antivirus is suddenly been turned off as has windows defender. Avast Firewall says it is working

if you dont have it, download and run Malwarebytes https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
if you have it, update and run … post log

is seems the log you attached above called OLS is from a old malwarebyters V1.75 latest version is 2.0.2

you have saved logs in Unicode so they look like chinese…save them as ANSI so we can read them

and dont change default log names

OTL.txt, Extra’s.txt and OTS.txt need to be resaved as pondus has stated. To do so. File > Save As. > Picture below.

trying to run a new malware, but system says it is not responding and boots it out. will keep trying and post logs

Hmm the OTL log is still Unicode… So

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Select both shortcut and additions at the bottom
[*]Press Scan button.

[*]It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
[*]Please attach all 3 logs generated.

just ran this Farber scan

Testing OTL

OK I have just tested OTL on my system and it appears that for some reason it is saving as Unicode only on this forum ???

Could you open the OTL log please … Select save as… And for the coding type select ANSI

FRST does not show anything so I do need the OTL log

Is Avast reporting itself as being off or is it windows security centre ?

ok, both are reporting Avast off. When I try to turn on says Avast isnt responding and throws me out

I can see no apparent malware, but there are errors reference the VPS

So A clean install should fix that

Download Avast Uninstall Utility to your Desktop.
