I have my friend’s laptop here,which was highly infected…i installed avira and removed many viruses ,can’t install avast… i may sanitize the system successfully,i can see video files… but the problem is with the image files…many of them are now converted to AAA files… how to recover them???

boot time scan running with quickheal… getting back with the logs…

Sounds like ransome ware, he has lost the pictures unless he has a backup

yeah! many files are corrupted,but there was no screen asking for ransom! i have attached the logs …btw!
