All serial advice fails.

Installed home edition 4.8.1 on my windows 7 system where it runs nicely. I lost my email containing the serial. I have a laptop and an older computer I want to install the home edition on and read that you can use the same serial for all. So far copying the serial to the laptop results in an error, even with self defence mode off. Laptop is win xp sp3. Trying to get the serial resent results in no email (for copy paste just in case), the mails are not in my junk folder and the adress is allowed in the firewall.

There is a proviso on that:
Yes, it may be used on all computers, provided that all computers that it is used on comply with the for Home and non-commercial use.
