I don’t see any questions, suggestions about your Update settings.
Lets do some digging, What are your avastUI > Settings > Updates > scroll down to and open Proxy Settings ?
If it isn’t set to Direct connection (no proxy) set it to that.
There have been problems in the past with obtaining the information from Internet Explorer if set to Auto Detect.
