Last night, I was at 120814-1. This morning it jumped to 120815-2 (I was expecting 120815-0).
I just wanted to confirm that this is normal? Thanks
If you haven’t been on-line for a while and other virus definitions have been released then the incremental nature of the avast auto update will get all of the intervening updates, so that your avast virus definitions are fully up to date.

Well, I’d like to see also a 120815-4 today - since I’ve submitted a false positive involving a (pretty irrelevant) Win XP file marked as PUP during a quick scan ;D

EDIT: with 120816-0 the file is not marked as PUP
