My license will expire on 4/1/2012 and the software asking me to renew before subscription expire , Thats mean 14 days remaining , but after i renew today the new liciense forget the 14 days and the new one will start from today 16/3/2012 !!!
I need to add the current remainig days 14 to the new license .

It’s not fair , please I’m old customers for more than 4 years and I want to add the current remaing days with new one .
I mean the new license should start after the current remaining days of old license
