Another option is a joint-stock company, known in the Czech Republic as an "Akciova Spolecnost" (referred to as an "a.s".). These forms of companies are generally only formed for real-estate for large investments with numerous investors.
Helps a bit. It’s probably like saying in my company types they converted from s.p. to d.d.
Thats from private company to the one where anyone can buy its share on stock market.
This is an usual path of conversion when company gets big enough to evolve even further.
S.A. in many countries which put the adjective after the noun, or A.S in countries which have the adjective before the noun in the local language, except for countries which have their own special designation like the UK which uses Plc.

I’d seen the same letters used after Turkish companies: ‘equivalent to Anonim Şirket(A.Ş.) in Turkish.’
Literally, ‘anonymous company’.
In Portuguese is the same.
