Amazon Prime cannot be watched via Avast One VPN

Unable to connect to Prime Vidéo.
I’m living in France and I only want to connect to a French server. The American catalog does not interest me, only the security of my devices counts.
Do you have a solution ?

I cannot see any error message in the screenshot you provided (the screenshot is not clear). I would suggest that you contact Avast support via https://support.avast.com/contact/paid

Stop using a VPN. Some Apps monitor for the use of a VPN and don’t allow access.
