Amount of CPU used by NGtool.exe

Hi,

I was recently looking at resource monitor and the NGtool is using more than 20% of the CPU and not going down. This results in the “NGtool.exe” process to be terminated.

Is it normal behaviour that it uses this much CPU?

Does running the NGtool make a difference in protection?

It happens sometimes and other times it is fine.

Since my system has 8 gig of ram, I may not have noticed any spikes. ???

I have 8GB RAM too, I didn’t notice it too to be honest.

Although, I do look at my resource monitor frequently and I do see it hogging the CPU sometimes.
