ams crashes on smart scan

Hi,

I’m using a Galaxy Tab A with OS Android 6.0.1

In the last few days, started getting an “Unfortunately , Avast Mobile Security has stopped” message if I try to run a smart scan.

Have tried clearing the Cache and Data and reinstalled the app. I even reset the device to factory defaults, reloaded AMS, rebooted tablet and the problem still persists.

Any help?

Try turning on the Charging Boost in the Settings option. It worked for me. Good Luck.
