AMS Webshield slowing down opening websites in Chrome

Since a couple of weeks I have a problem when opening some websites (with a bunch of pictures) in Chrome. The sites are opening very slowly and I got several times a pop-up for waiting or close Chrome.
When I switch off AMS Webshield there are no problems.
Is there a conflict between AMS and Chrome?

Using Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 (Android 8.1.0) with AMS v6.41.1 and Chrome v93.0.4577.62.

Hi,

Web Shield checks the address and should not slow down picture loading. Do you only notice this in Chrome? Can you provide us with an example website?

I’ve switched off AMS in Settings 》Accessibility 》Services. Then there are no problems.

I was unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please contact support via the app?
(In AMS please go to > Menu > Help&Feedback > “Avast direct support”)
