This is apparently related to the problems you’re having with your system.
Yes they are.
The file is a temp file until Chrome has finished the download.
It is a false positive that seem to be solved already.
Guess I haven’t yet received the latest vps since my download showed no problems.
The problem has been fixed at my end, i.e. I can download it now with no pop-up alert.
