Analysis of a URL: Facebook virus?

Hello:

Last night I got tagged in a link on Facebook post. It says:

hxxp://bit.ly/YW8Hvt
89.19.10.xxx

I accidently entered the IP 89.19.10.xxx (partially censored) and I saw a YouTube image. Inmediatly closed the tab. I got nothing from Avast! (I use Avast 8 free edition)

Apparently my friend entered to that website and posting without his intervention. But in my case doesn’t happened (note: I disabled facebook apps).

It’s possible to analyse what’s up with that URL? And did I get infected?

Assuming that it’s a scam site and nothing more, you shouldn’t be infected.
