Something in my phone is redirecting my browser to adcash.com and some nonsensical popup warning. From things like Interpol warns about a new virus and asks me to download and run an app (obviously fake) to other equally random things. Avast! Does not find anything and I dont know how to scan a phone or remove viruses manually.
try to clear crap with CCleaner https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.piriform.ccleaner
it may help clearing browser cache… or uninstall / reinstall browser

Thank you although I could not find anything overtly deviant from the scan. Ill just satisfy myself with a factory reset.
