I installed latest Avast Mobile Security on my new Samsung A40 (with czech environment) and when I tried to attach my existing account to Anti-Theft setup, then I got error message, that my credentials are not correct. But when I use same credentials on web or other device, then it is working fine. Could you please advise to me how correct this issue?
Hi, try this, please:
- uninstall ALL Avast apps (remove the Avast Mobile Security from Device Administrators first)
- check there is no “Avast” in your device Settings → Accounts
- remove the device from the Avast My Account
- only then install the Avast apps back and log them back in the My Account
