Android SecureLine - Error Codes and Explanation

Android Errors and Explanations:

1000 - General VPN Error
Please contact customer support and provide us with your device information.

1001 - VPN Authentication Error
Try clearing the app data from Android phone setting to force SecureLine to redownload the credentials.

1101 - Missing VPN Permission Error
This issue relates mainly to Android 5.0. Restart your device and try connecting again. During reconnection, you should see a “Trust this app” dialog that will give SecureLine the permission to connect.

1102 - VPN Service Error
Your device may not support VPN connections. If possible, upgrade to a newer version of Android or use another device.

2000 - Unsuccessful VPN Connection Error
Some network problems are preventing SecureLine from connecting. Check your network status and try again in a while or use another network provider.

2001 - DNS Error
Try using another network or network provider. If possible, check the DNS configuration on the router.

2002 - Port Blocking Error
Try using another network or network provider. Make sure your router is not blocking the necessary port for SecureLine to connect.
