I am now very pissed off with avast and it looks like I will NOT renew my subscription. I have tried the last 3 days to run Grimefighter but each time it tells me "it looks like you don’t have a subscription when I clearly dhave. I have tried to contact Avast support with tickets and this tells me I am not registered please enter your user name and password and it then states email not registered. SO I AM NOW FU*CKING PISSED OFF
So you have a subscription for a paid version of Avast…did you also buy a subscription for Grimefighter :-\ as they are two separate licenses.

I have tried to contact Avast support with ticketsOnly one ticket is enough. By submitting multiple tickets/changing a existing one, each time you will be put back to the bottom of the stack. It is a FIFO system.
avast and GrimeFighter are two different products.
You need a separate license for GrimeFighter (replaced now by CleanUp)
