I use the Following Websites Firstly when i go onto my Google chrome Browser I get annoying American guy promoting some thing then on www.dentalfearcentral.org i get ads I cant log into the site and it goes slow. adds are by SASA and INTEXT also same on www.ebay.co.uk and www.Amazon.co.uk Iam On Windows 7 Home Premium and 32 bit. Can someone do remote control for me I had an Techniician who scanned all the items for £35 to no avail its still not working other sites are fast and are ok Please Can you help me my E-mail is david_swift@live.co.uk

clear your browsers with AdwCleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

run a scan with Malwarebytes and remove evrything it find https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

For Farfar tool what type of Blank disc should i get will any DVD blank do? Do I have to write a letter and Number on the Disc?

Dont understand … You download Farbar, save it to desktop, run as instructed and attach the two diagnostic logs

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Select additions at the bottom
[*]Press Scan button.

i phoned the Avast helpline an American chap ansewed he did remote control showed me all my Viruses he said It would cost me around £79 to get them off or complete protection for a year for around £179 Iam out of work surely this cant be right What shall I do?

Ok thanks with the disc do you use any DVD Disc Do you write a Number on it with a felt tip pen? then put it into DVD Drive then it deletes all these virus Was this chap scam as it was Avast pop up with a 0203 number.Thanks once again I will have a go Not got a spare DVD yet will go out and Buy a blank one.

Empty DVD Disk.

I got Farbar tool through google search its scanning at the moment how could you do it for me?

It will show me all the relevant files and I will then create a script to remove them

I have done scan on Farbar it wont let me Fix Help.

What we need is a log from the Farbar scan to be analyzed.
Please attach that logfile where it says Attachment and other options with your next posting.
