annoying windows 10 issue

the issue is when i go to drag a window to my 2nd monitor the window snags on the edge making it annoying. Now i can fix this by going into the settings “system ->multi-tasking” and disabling all the check boxes, BUT when i do this i can no longer click and drag a full screen window like my browser for instance. ive googled for ages and have found nothing to fix this issue so if anyone here knows how to help i would be greatful.

No clue if it willhelp solving the problem, but check if there are newer graphic drivers and make sure the latest drivers for the monotors are installed.

its the snapping feature microsoft put in windows, i had the exact same issue with windows 8.1 before i upgraded it gets really annoying. If you move the mouse/window fast enough it moves through but if not it snags and goes into window snapping mode. but when i turn the snapping features off i can no longer drag a maximised window

I believe the latest fast ring has cured that problem

whats fast ring?

It is one of the two “speeds” you can select for receiving Windows previews.
