I don’t notice it at home on a fast connection but, at the Senior Center this is a royal pain.
No problem at all here on a slow connection.
No problem here eitgher with 5 MBit maximum.
Here seems it’s all good with 72.0Mbps internet speed. Fibre connection ;D
