Any help would be appreciated, MAlwarebytes detected one infection and quarantined it, but disorderstatus.ru continues to generate avast threat alerts

The process msiexec.exe is the one, the threat is being attributed to.
Monitoring
The alerts have stopped,. A malwarebytes scan shows 0 infected files… I guess, the infection has been wiped ? 0-o
