I’m having trouble setting up virus protection for both of my accounts. I use outlook express. I ran the email protection wizard, for the first account. When I set up the second account, I expected avast to automatically route those messages to the avast server, but the wrong username comes up and the avast server doesn’t recognize the correct username.
Does this mean that avast only will only let you set up one account in outlook express?
When using the ‘email protection wizard’ there is an option to protect future accounts, it is possible that when you first ran the email protection wizard you didn’t tick that option.
Provided you are still using win98, or an OS that requires the running of email protection wizard to protect your accounts, you could run it again.
This option was not working in earliers versions… The user should manually run the wizard…
Can anybody with Windows 98 confirm that this ‘bug’ was fixed?
