Another problem with Win32:BitCoinMiner-CA [Trj]

Hello, I have a quite popular problem with trojan horse on my PC, which is downloaded each time, when I kicked it out.

I have: avast! Home Edition, Malvarebytes Anti-Malvare and Comodo Firewall activated and regular updated.

All of these are signalise that is a problem with two separated files (wuaudit.exe - reported by avast! and dwm.exe - reported by MBAM & Comodo).

Name of problem: Win32:BitCoinMiner-CA [Trj]

Place of problem: C:\Documents and Settings\NEO DARK LORD\Ustawienia lokalne\Temp\iswizard

Infected files: wuaudit.exe, dwm.exe

*Ustawienia lokalne (PL) = local settings (ENG)

I tried to use TFC.exe to remove temporary files - as one of You advised in other topic, but it doesn’t resolve my problem.

May I ask someone for help?

If some names (of folders, system files or programs) should be translated from polish to english, please ask.

And the 5th log (which cannot be added to the previous message)

Hi there, on completion of this run can you let me know if the alerts cease

[*]Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button. Post the log it produces in your next reply.

Yes! Yes! Yes! I’m happy like a baby!

I did everything you say and it worked immediately.

You’ve got it and shot down this little bastard straight in the middle of its eyes.

I’m a little jealous that you can do things, that I can’t even imagine.

Thank you for your help and time!!!

The problem is that the automatic tools just target the files and not the folder or links that run a slightly different file that starts the ball rolling  for that you need the human eye

If all is well tomorrow let me know and I will tidy up

Yep. Everything’s fine. The whole folder “iswizard” was gone and antiviruses - which I used to scan the PC, didn’t found nothing suspicious.

Thank You one more time.

Subject to no further problems

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean

A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

Run OTL
[*]Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

:Commands [resethosts] [emptytemp] [CLEARALLRESTOREPOINTS] [Reboot]

[*]Then click the Run Fix button at the top
[*]Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done

Run OTL and hit the cleanup button. It will remove all the programmes we have used plus itself.
