This behavior indicates that the Windows registry is unable to allocate the memory pool needed to contain the registry files. This may be caused by a defective random access memory (RAM) module. If the problem persists, disable caching on the motherboard.

Initially I will try a reg back, this may not work

Download the attached Fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that
Then try a normal boot
