Another wpad.net/wpad.dat problem

Goodmorning everybody,

Here’s yet an other wpad.net/wpad.dat problem and I hope you can help me.
I already attached the logs.

I also tried to run aswMBR.exe, but when it runs it suddenly stops after a while with some avast! rootkit is not working error.

If this fails could you temporarily disable the Skype updater via Msconfig

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Yes they do

Do you use a router to access the internet ?

Yes I do, my UPC kabelmodem had a build in router and I have an other router attached to act as a range extender.
