Anti Consumer practoce

Does anyone else think Avast’s 3 day time limit constitutes anti consumer practice? Most issues take anywhere between a week to around a month to resolve. I’ve personally been trying to resolve an issue where Avast’s behaviour sheild keeps crashing my computer since October 2nd. 3 4ths of that time has been spent trying to re open my closed ticket. Who thought a time limit for a ticket was a good idea?!
