I’m just getting going with BP+ (1.0.888.19). Small network (25 licenses) Win SB Server 2003. Most clients are running Outlook 2010 or 2007.
I’m looking instruction on how to set up the Anti-Spam from the Admin Console. It appears that it turns off the Junk settings in Outlook automatically. In the Expert Settings I see there is a Threshold Number. What is this supposed to be set at? What is comparable to Outlooks Low and High settings? Is there documents that explain what the clients are supposed to do? The Spam button seems to mark it and move to Junk. Is it also doing any “learning” when you do that? Should they use the Blacklist Button to do the “learning”? Is the Black list a file I can edit and copy from client to client?
Some documentation would be nice, since it turns of outlooks Junk settings, but doesn’t seem to catch any of its own. The only email with Spam are the ones I clicked the spam button on.
Thanks,
Len
