I am setting up Anti-Theft for a Samsung Galaxy S II (I9100) device and I am puzzled which setting to select here.

Direct Write Method
-For non NAND protection Devices-

or

Recovery Image Method.
-Needed for only NAND protected devices.
Custom Recovery Required

Which option would be best to choose from?

best to try direct write first. only some phones are NAND protected.
