Anti theft first locate function does not work

I am using avast anti theft. I love that software.

The only little problem is that every time I send the first locate function to my phone. It is not working. I always have to send 2 request for “locate”. Even if i send 2 “locate”, it return only one GPS location. It is doing this bug every new day on the first locate query. After the 2 first requests, it is working properly. Any ideas?

are you sending the commands via SMS or through the webportal?
let us know which you tried and if the other way produced the same result.

I will do more test. I am not sure this is a bug. I think that this is because the first locate function take more time that the second one.
