anti-theft is working and I forgot my pin number

I use avast mobile application.
My cell phone was not lost or stolen. Suddenly anti-theft was working and my phone made noise and was locked. Because I forgot my pin number, I had log in my avast account by computer. But I couldn’t change my pin number or setting.
I think my cell phone’s application is unpaired with my avast account.
what can i do?

I tried all of them(in your linked page). First, I couldn’t access my cell phone because of lock. Second and third, I couldn’t change any setting of my mobile avast. If I click save button, at first it says that my forms were successfully saved, but later It says my form contains errors.
I want to use my cell phone…
