Anti-theft locking my phone - does not accept the PIN codes

Hi,

I have requested PIN codes twice, but they do not unlock the phone (yes within the 30 minute window). I found the PIN codes in outbound emails.

It’s a Galaxy S4. I replaced the mini USB card. It seems to start up fine and the indicators shows that it has mobile network and WiFi connections.

If having the AVAST product installed prevents me from using the phone that defeats the purpose of having the app.

Please advice.

Update: I have unlocked the phone by using MyAvast to send a message to the phone to unlock it. Thanks!
