Anti theft not connecting with account

Hi I can’t active AT because when I have to connect my account in step 3 it is not possible to connect to any of the 3 options given (Google Facebook email ) I have created an account with my Google afterwards but still not possible. I have the pro for 1 year which is also displayed in my app but avast account is showing no show

Hi, try this, please:

  1. uninstall ALL Avast apps (remove the Avast Mobile Security from Device Administrators first)
  2. check there is no “Avast” in your device Settings → Accounts
  3. remove the device from the Avast My Account
  4. only then install the Avast apps back and log them back in the My Account

I have the same problem. I can´t open session in Anti Theft.
I tried to remove app from mobile, but the option is disabled. I tried to remove the account from Accounts, but option is not permitted by Administrator
Mobile is old, but Android OS is original, and not rooted

I have the same problem. Anti Theft cannot be activated because I cannot log into my Avast Account on my mobile phone, despite correct account information. I can only log into my account on one PC and my license cannot be seen in the account.
Please what’s wrong?
