Anti theft sim card change notification

My problem is this: my daughter’s phone was stolen, and her avast anti theft was set to send me a notification upon sim card change. I received such a notification today, but as I was reading it, and it gave the phone number of the new sim, the screen went to sleep. When I woke it up immediately, the notifications were gone. Is there any way that these can be retrieved or resent? I live in hope, thanks in advance, Terry

How was you reading the notification? Was it an sms you was sent?

No, it was not via SMS, it was just a notification from avast, which disappeared after I reopened the screen after it went into standby. I reopened the screen immediately, but the notifications had vanished.

I would like to know the answer to this too. My daughter is overseas and just changed her SIM card to a local one. I received a notification with number and coordinates across the top of my Samsung phone screen, but now it isn’t in the notifications list and no SMS was received (at least not in my SMS Inbox). Where do I find the vanished notification?

I don’t see anything there that tells me where to find the notification that vanished. How about some helpful advice?

Where the notification is/was depends on how things have been configured.

I set it up on her new phone to send an SMS to my phone. Instead I saw a fleeting notification that didn’t remain in my notifications list. No SMS was received.
