Anti theft - TIMEOUT (But Anti Theft Status ON / Secured)

Hi , i have a problem , my cellphone has been stolen last night i really need to locate it because it contains important information. Ok.
The problem is , after i installed everything (on my cellphone) , commands i’ve sent always receive Timeout, and thought it was the Avast server problem.
I would really like someone can support me.
I’d like to know also if someone changes the SIM card , does it locate the device too?

Maybe the device is turned off ATM, nothing you can do in that case except to wait…

Device was working perfectly , i’ve installed everything on it. Well i just have to accept that i lost my phone. Thanks for trying to help me
